Naresh is a prolific researcher, inventor and a senior executive running global businesses. Before pursuing Accuracap fulltime, he was a core member of global leadership of Adobe Systems, an $8B software giant. His special interest includes application of data analytics to solve complex problems in space as varied as stock markets and ecommerce.

Ishu Singhania is a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in audit, finance, and regulatory compliance. At AccuraCap, he leads finance and compliance, overseeing SEBI PMS regulations, financial reporting, tax filings, and daily portfolio operations. He previously spent over seven years at B S R & Co. LLP managing large-scale statutory audits across industries. Ishu is committed to upholding the highest standards of governance, transparency, and regulatory integrity, ensuring robust compliance frameworks and investor protection.

Having nearly 15 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Divya has expertise in corporate finance, financial analysis & planning and taxation. At Accuracap, Divya specializes in AIF & PMS operations, compliance and client onboarding along with research and Analysis. She leads AIF operations focusing on compliance and collaboration with custodians and fund managers to streamline operations. She is passionate about fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Vijay is an operations professional with 19+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operations management. At AccuraCap, he oversees end-to-end operations aligned with SEBI and RBI guidelines, including KYC/AML, due diligence, and audit support, ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day functioning. Vijay is committed to delivering operational reliability and a seamless client experience, while upholding strong compliance standards and service excellence.

Shivam Gupta is a Chartered Accountant and an investment professional contributing across equity research and portfolio implementation. He has successfully cleared the CFA Level I examination and is working toward the CFA charter, further strengthening his expertise in financial analysis and capital markets. At AccuraCap, Shivam is involved in detailed equity research, supporting investment decisions through financial analysis, industry tracking, and company-specific insights. On the portfolio side, he manages execution and alignment of client portfolios with the firm’s model portfolios, including handling fresh investments, additional allocations, redemptions, and portfolio rebalancing.
